Join our evening group session every Thursday 8pm at St Margaret’s Church - Putney SW15 5HU. Starting 8th January 2026.

Each yoga course is broken down into 6 sessions, lasting 60mn each. You will need to schedule the sessions directly with me. Sessions can be planned at your own desired pace. Sessions can be held on Zoom or face to face if within Roehampton, Putney, Barnes and Fulham areas. Sessions can be on 1 to 1 or small groups basis. The cost of each course remains the same regardless of number of people which makes it ideal for those of you who want to practice with friends, family members or work colleagues and looking for a budget friendly option as you can share the cost.

What is the goal of yoga I teach?

To help you reconnect with your body in a profound and powerful way through gaining and maintaining physical and mental strength, developing emotional awareness and balance. To cultivate equanimity and peace of mind. To improve focus and concentration and therefore enhanced mental faculties.

Ultimately the yoga that I teach is  focused on increasing  body awareness and self awareness to enhance your natural physical expression and abilities and to become more awaken to your true nature so you can live your life from a place of being grounded into a strong, healthy and balanced body,  allowing your body to become the vehicle and expression of your core essence.

May we always be wise in our actions, balanced in our emotions and peaceful in our mind.
