  • Hip mobility to support stances, kicks, and fluid movement

  • Shoulder stability for strength, control, and injury prevention

  • Breathwork to enhance focus, endurance, and nervous system regulation

  • Relaxation to support recovery and stress management

  • Mindful movement to improve balance, coordination, and body awareness

The sessions are suitable for all levels, including complete beginners, and offer a supportive, welcoming space to unwind, restore, and build resilience alongside your martial arts training.
